Initial Visit: Internal Medicine or Orthopedic/Sports Acupuncture (90 min): $190 (consult, evaluation and treatment)
Initial Visit: Dry Needling (55 min): $145
Follow Up Visit: Internal Medicine or Orthopedic/Sports Acupuncture (60 min): $135
30 Minute-Follow Up Visit: Dry Needling (30 min): $85
Extended Follow Up Visit: Orthopedic/Sports Acupuncture: (85 minutes): $195

Tuesday: 10am-4pm
Wednesday: 12pm-5pm
Thursday: 11am-5pm
Friday: 10am-4pm
(some occasional availability with Monday and Saturday appointments)
INSURANCE:
Resonance Sports Acupuncture is not in network with insurance companies. However, I can provide you with a super bill to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement depending on your out of network acupuncture benefits. Payment is due at time of service and can be made by cash, check, credit card, HSA or FSA.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please be aware of our 24 hour cancellation policy. If you do not show for your appointment or change or cancel it within a 24 hour window, you will be subject to a cancellation fee of the full amount for your appointment.
